About the Owner

Phoebe L. Hunter
Professional Organizer and Virtual Office Assistant

Ms. Hunter founded Organized Offices in January 2006 as an on-site professional organizing business, based in Boston, Massachusetts.

She has worked in a variety of office environments, including medical offices, educational institutions, international corporations, and libraries.

In 2010, Organized Offices expanded to include virtual office assisting services. Ms. Hunter is a member of the International Virtual Assistants Association (IVAA) and abides by the IVAA Code of Ethics.

Clients can feel confident that their work is being completed by a trained and talented professional who is located in the United States. Organized Offices is currently based in Minnesota (central time zone).
